Club Representatives on Management Committee
The following are the Club Representatives on the Management Committee who clubs should contact if they have any matters they wish discussed at a committee meeting.

League Officers Responsibilities
The League Chairman:- For problems you cannot resolve with other officers and membership enquiries.
The League Secretary:- For all general business matters, protests and suggestions
The Treasurer:- For all financial matters unless otherwise directed.
The Fixture Secretary:- For all matters concerning the fixtures (except postponements see below) on 01206 385 872.
The Registration Secretary:- for all registrations, result sheets and transfers.
Please note which Registration Secretary is responsible for your Club's Registration Zone. These details are given in the Club Directory in the Handbook and on the result sheets
The Referee's Secretary:- For all matters relating to the appointment of Referees, including their non-appearance.
The Assistant. Referees Appointment Secretary:- For all matters relating to the appointment of Assistant Referees, including their non-appearance.
The Referees Support Officer:- Collate all referees marks for presentation to the E.C.F.A. and support referees with their concerns whether this be games or league matters.
The Referee's Result Secretary:- For all referee's result sheets.
The Publicity Secretary:- For all items of interest including match reports on 01206 385 872.
The Publicity Secretary is also responsible for updating the web-site.
The Match Result Secretary:- For all match results and postponment notification on 01206 381 535.
The Discipline Secretary:- For all matters of misconduct.
The League Development Officer:- Matters relating to the improvement of club facilities
The Representative Team Secretary:- The organisation of Representative team fixtures.
The Entertainments Secretary:- For social events and annual presentation dinner.
